Interpretation

- Content refers to text, images, or other materials that you upload, post, or make available through the Service.- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
- Feedback means feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by you regarding the performance or features of our Service.
- Service refers to the Website and all related services.
- Website refers to Blockpay Innovations, accessible from www.blockpayinnovations.com.
- You means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

Blockpay Innovations Ltd. is an authorized independent sales agent (ISO/agent) of Fiserv Canada Ltd. and an authorized Clover dealer. We help Canadian businesses obtain payment processing, point-of-sale (POS) hardware and software, and related merchant services. Payment processing services themselves are provided by Fiserv Canada Ltd. under a separate merchant agreement between you and Fiserv; the terms of that merchant agreement, and not these Terms, govern your payment processing relationship. The Clover® name and logo are registered trademarks of Clover Network, LLC, an affiliate of Fiserv, Inc.
We may provide free rate reviews, savings analyses, quotes, and estimates based on information you provide (such as merchant processing statements) and on then-current rates and assumptions. All such figures are good-faith estimates for informational purposes only and are not guarantees. Actual rates, fees, savings, and terms depend on factors including your final approved merchant agreement with Fiserv Canada Ltd., your business profile, card mix, processing volume, and applicable card network and regulatory charges, and may differ from any estimate provided. No estimate constitutes a binding offer unless confirmed in a signed agreement.
Any promotions or offers made available through the Service may be governed by separate rules. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the promotion’s rules, the promotion’s rules shall apply.
You are responsible for any content you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content as necessary to operate the Service.
You warrant that you own or have permission to use the content and that it does not infringe any rights of third parties. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that material on our website infringes your copyright, please notify us at info@blockpayinnovations.com with full details. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Blockpay Innovations Ltd. and its licensors.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us through the Service, or $100 CAD if no such payment has been made. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, reliability, or availability of the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at info@blockpayinnovations.com.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a waiver of any future breach.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be announced by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
