Most partners are individuals with a referral network, software companies whose product sits alongside a POS, or organizations with a membership — credit unions, accounting firms, associations. You do not need to be incorporated to join as a referral agent.
Payouts run once a month, at the beginning of the month. Device bounties ($100 per approved lease placement) are included in the first monthly payout after the merchant is live and processing; revenue share is calculated on the prior month's processing and paid in the same monthly payout. Every payout comes with a statement itemizing each deal. Purchased or rented devices do not carry a bounty — those referrals still earn revenue share.
Activation bounties are subject to a short qualification period, so an account that closes almost immediately may be adjusted on a later statement. Revenue share simply stops when the account stops processing — there is no clawback on residuals you have already been paid.
No. Partners introduce the merchant; we do the rest. You are not expected to quote rates, explain interchange, or handle paperwork — and under program terms partners may not make pricing or brand representations on our behalf. If you want to learn the details, we run short partner briefings.
Yes. As an authorized Clover dealer we support software partners building on the Clover platform and can route your team to the right integration resources. Bring us your use case and we will map what is possible, then set volume tiers for the merchants you refer.
